Who am I? I am Jimmy Ray Walker the owner of Bangers and Mash. I started my career as a prep cook working in several kitchens. Moving my way up the ladder during my time as a cook I discovered the art of making sausages. This turned out to be something I loved making. I spent the last 5 years reading, and researching about sausages. I would like you to come and enjoy some of my handmade smoke sausages and much more.
